Best Western Garden Inn Santa Rosa, Santa Rosa

When I booked with Best Western, I was treated to a full-service sit-down breakfast that was a perfect start to my day before attending a family wedding. The room came equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker, allowing me to relax and enjoy my stay.

I had a comfortable and pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and perfect for traveling with kids too, but I had booked two rooms and initially received only one Garden Room, which was on the ground floor. The service was a mix, with one incident of late-night disturbance for parking adjustment but overall, the check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the staff was helpful and nice. The location was lovely, with shade trees and beautiful flowering plants, and it was convenient for visiting wineries and medical appointments. The dining options were decent, especially the on-site restaurant. However, the coffee cord and some competition-related noise were slight inconveniences. Facilities were adequate for a comfortable stay.

I had such a great time at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and I loved having a patio with chairs. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff and helpful recommendations. The location was perfect for the event I attended, and the jacuzzi was a nice bonus. The dining experience was convenient and tasty. Overall, a fantastic stay with great value for money.
